Learning to Love in a World of Likes

With social media constantly encouraging us to express our “likes” and advertising telling us to love our phone, love our car and love our favorite foods, it is more important than ever to remember what love is really all about and how to achieve it with people and experiences, not with things. This class will offer a number of practical suggestions and exercises to sharpen our capacity to love and be loved.
